The secret of dog boot camp success: Our dog boot camp programs are unique in that our aim is to address the common pitfalls of traditional dog boot camps. A traditional dog boot camp is a 2-4 week program within which the dog stays overnight at a boarding facility and is taken out for training exercises each day. Just like the other leading dog boot camp programs in MN, we experienced an extremely high success rate with our clients dogs. The problem we had and we still hear about today from other dog boot camp clients is that most dogs quickly fall back into the same bad behavior patterns. Why is this?
Dogs are social mammals that live in packs or families just like us. Their overall behavior is not dictated by what they know but rather by their relationship with the others in their family.
