NEW HOPE, Minn. - Dog lovers in New Hope are worried about where they are going to take their pups this winter. Customers found an eviction notice on the doors of The Dog City Dog Park, an indoor park many Minnesotans use in the winter.

customers paid hundreds of dollars in advance. Those same employees suspect the money is instead going to pay McWhorter's legal fees.

McWhorter told FOX 9 during a phone interview the claims are not true. He plans to move his business to an unknown location in Plymouth. McWhorter says according to the membership agreement he will refund customers payments if he moves more than five miles from his current location.

The building inspector for the city of New Hope says there are currently five ordinance violations against the owner and he's trying to collect $250 worth of fines. The owner, Greg McWhorter, says the ordinances are a nuisance.

Former employees told FOX 9 their paychecks bounced, their boss wasn't paying rent and some
